Abstract

The competence can be achieved by students in the mathematics instructional media subject is able to design, creat, use the mathematics instructional media (math teaching aids) and can apply them in their lives. It is means that the students are expected to produce the mathematics props. To achieve these competencies the creative and independence of students’ learning are required. One model of learning that can enhance the creativity and independence of students’ learning is project-based learning model. Project-based learning is a learning model that provides an opportunity for the lecturer to manage classes by involving the project to pruduce a real product.
