Abstract

State without power will be weak and powerless, while a country with no legal injustice will occur. Therefore the power of the law in a country like that can not be separated, but the state said the law states (rechtstaat) in the state when the law is above politics and power, the law as a tool to regulate power and politics, not vice versa. Meanwhile, in a country can not be avoided to give power to a group of people/organizations to run the government, so the government will inevitably always be involved in various aspects of the community life, especially in the concept of the welfare state (welfare state) government interference in people's lives will much more. Therefore, to avoid abuse of power by the government (a bus de droit) will require supervision (control). In the state of law submitted to the supervisory authority of the law (juridical control).
