Abstract
Every human is intelligent and the intelligence has so broad meaning that it is needed in life. One's success will be determined by the intelligence, the success in everyday life, in the learning process, or in working. Emotional intelligence will be able to help a person know himself, manage the emotions, self motivate, than when he faces problems he will not harm himself and others.
