Abstract

Learning Society is basic foundation to shape a civil society. If a society shaped as a learner, indirectly the society would be shaped as a civilized society. Thus, we need some factors for reaching out the aspiration above. There are: having good quality as a human being, democratic society and respecting to the moral values, appreciating proprietary and freedom right for another society, eager to always have a better changing among them, taking and giving every information gained for each other, interacting each other so that there would not any miscommunication even misunderstanding also avoiding hostility and ignoring each others. start from the poin of view, by implementing the things stated above hopefully the society could be a virtual (fadhil) even a perfect (kamil) civil society as have been aspired in a very long time before. For implementing the civilized society, there should not a restricted education among the society itself, neither both formal and informal or non formal education. All of the societies, whoever and wherever he or she is, whenever it is, he or she must be in a continuing education. A learner society could be shaped when the members of the society itself desired to learn and teach each others. The islamic religion is much appreciated to whom desires to learn as long as he or she lives in the world. Allah has taken the oath in holy Koran, he said that "because of the time, all peoples are going to be loss out in the truth except who believes in Allah, do every good things, advice each other to the truth ways and always to be patient in every condition" (Surah Al-Ashr). the last information of the surah stated that we should advice each other to the truth ways, it means that as a God's creature we should do everything hard also learn and teach each others.
