Abstract

Implementation of Competency Lecturer in Moral Muliah Achieve Student programs Tarbiyah, motivated by morals charge in the subject faculty who nurtured the tendency is still to be improved. Writing aims to find and describe the implementation of teacher competence in realizing the noble character Bukittinggi students of Departement of Tarbiyah STAIN. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with faculty as the object and source of information. From the analysis of the data shows that implementation of teacher competence in achieving better student of noble character is by example, appearance, words and deeds lecturers who praised the spirit for students to emulate. Implementation of faculty competence in realizing the noble character of the students are pendemontrasian competencies, cargo noble character becomes an integral part of teaching any subject matter that Amnestied by each lecturer. The results of the study show that there are differences in the implementation of faculty competence in realizing the noble character Tarbiyah students of departement STAIN Sjech M Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi good pedagogical, personal, social and professional, although they differ in the implementation of competency, but competency lecturers agreed that there should be in charge of noble character of any material presented by lecturer ininstruction. Ideally, teachers in realizing the implementation of competency students are the embodiment of noble character and behavior and personality pendemontrasian faculty to serve as role models for students, on the other hand must synergize faculty competence materialization for moral values to students of any field of study are delivered by faculty must be able to deliver the student has the power of one of the strong moral values in an educational context.
