Abstract
Supervision of education is aimed at developing and improving the process of learning to be better and more qualified. The supervisor ofIslamic religious education are expected to have a range of competencies in order to achieve of the goal of education. The competence is defined as the knowledge, skills, and core values which are reflected through habits of thinking and acting. Managerial supervision is supervision on the aspects of school management that are directly related to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the school encompassing: planning, coordination, implementation, assessment, development, human resource competency education and resource sharing. As for the academic supervision is a series of activities to help teachers to develop their ability to manage the learning process for the achievement of learning objectives.
