Abstract
The transformation of political system in Indonesia from the new regime of sociopolitical or economic (orde) to the reformation regime which is marked by the changes of governmental system from centralization into decentralization system with the giving autonomy to each regional government. This is a kind of effort which very helps for coming up a way into a more democratic system in Indonesia. Caused, as we know that there would no a sustainable development without applying any local values or norms.
